has called twice, but says nothing when i answer

They called claiming my daughter was being sent to collections for ordering obscene magazines that we had never recieved. She asked what name was on the credit card used to order the magazine. They responded with "They didn't use a credit card." She then asked how she placed an order to which they replied she used a VISA. She doesn't own a VISA so she asked which name was on the card used, they said "How old are you?" when she explained she had just recently turned 18 they told her she was a minor so they couldn't give out that information. So she gave me the phone and I asked what name was on the card. They told me they could only disclose the information to her. She asked when the order was placed. They told her "a while ago." she then asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they'd have to call her back, because he was eating.

Sent the following text message: "Homeowners, having a hard time making Mortgage Payments? Modify your rate as low as 2%! Text back MOD and best time to contact for info or Stop to cancel". I never signed up for any services to let me know about mortgages. This may be a scam. Be ware!

has called me twice a day everyday sence i got my cell phone last week i have informed him multiple time that he had the wrong number and to stop calling but he doesnt i tried to call back but its an International freaking number!

Indian Company named Global Telecom/telelink, using very obsence language if you say no to them about their calling cards. Talk to alternate people, saying other person has asked to talk to them. Speaks indian languages - Hindi. Uses vulgar words if you ask them to stop calling.

Received several calls from this number and Answered one time and they hung up. Tried to call back and no answer. Really annoying!

Calls up to 20 times a day, no message. Told them to stop calling and threatened legal action against them if they didn't and they still persist. They are already breaking law by calling more than once a day to a number they don't know and are also breaking the law by continuing to call when been instructed to cease and desist. NEED ATTORNEY HELP WITH THIS MATTER PLEASE

they claim I owe debt that going to send courts papers tomy job and home ..Ask for phone and company they said it was Advance payday loan.. and then they hung up.
